It’s made from sturdy and durable aluminium which is rust resistant, allowing you to use it for a long time. It’s large compartment allows you to dry all your dishes, even large pots and pans in one space, and with the adjustable drainage channel, the water can drain straight into the sink, completely mess free! It includes a side glass rack to dry up to 4 glasses as well as a detachable cutlery box. What more could you ask for?

Just the thing I was looking for
Easy to clean easy to fit

  3. JoLau29269194

I love how it doesn’t dip and is lifted off the drainer so no stagnant water is on your plates or cups. You can have it whichever side your sink is. Very universal and looks lovely and modern in my kitchen

  4. Mary

Fantastic. Dont know why I waited so long to buy this

  5. JD

Great drainer with an adjustable drain away to send the water directly towards the sink bowl. So keeps the dish drainer area dry and clean. Feels much more hygienic.

  6. Terry

Easy to assemble and does the job. Fits on most draining tops and is very good quality.

  7. Jozone

This is the best washing up drainer I have ever had. It looks smart, it has enough room for cups, plates etc – I have a dishwasher but often wash up a few items and things that don’t go in the dishwasher. It has a handy cutlery holder. The best bits are that that cutlery holder drains into the main tray and the main tray drains into the sink, so manky water doesn’t stay in it getting mouldy and having to be constantly cleaned – a quick slosh over of clean water which drains immediately and it is done.

  8. Happy customer

Who knew a dish drainer could be so ambitious? The Multi-Functional Dish Drainer from Dunelm is not just a simple kitchen accessory. Oh no, it’s a full-blown lifestyle experience. You want to drain dishes? Sure, it might handle that. But it also seems like it wants to sit me down and help me find my purpose in life. Multi-functional indeed.
First off, the sleek black design really speaks to my soul—if my soul were trying to reinvent itself as a minimalist influencer. It looks like it should be draining artisanal hand-thrown pottery, not my 10-year-old mismatched plates. And the “multi-functional” part is very apt. It drains dishes, yes, but also my will to ever wash dishes again. It has room for plates, bowls, cutlery, and maybe even my hopes and dreams, which have slipped through the cracks like a rogue teaspoon.
The real highlight, though, is the sophisticated cutlery holder. It promises to keep all my forks, knives, and spoons neatly separated, which is great because I love wasting five minutes trying to balance a soup spoon in a space clearly built for someone who owns exactly three pieces of cutlery. It’s multi-functional, after all—by which I mean it functions as a reminder that I’m clearly not living up to the standards this dish drainer expects of me.
All in all, if you’re looking for a dish drainer that has lofty ambitions, comes in a chic black shade, and leaves you questioning your own level of kitchen sophistication, this is the one for you. Just remember—it’s not you; it’s the dish drainer.
