Nice tidy bin for household of 2. Looked great in kitchen. However both pedals broke within the year. Lid is so snug it’s not easy to open by hand so don’t buy this one unless you’re prepared to buy a different one soon.

I have the triple version of this bin and when I bought it reviews did mention pedals snapping off. I’ve loved my bin, but yep, within 18 months one pedal had snapped off and another is on its way out!

Like this bin because of the 2 separate compartments. When one is full I can remove and easily empty and don’t have to carry the entire bin. Only downside is the pedals are weak. One broke off and I’ve not had it for even a year. I’ve bought a replacement and hope this issue doesn’t happen again even though it seems like other customers have had this same issue.
